Erik Persoons is a great Peer. On February 3, he held a party in his hometown of Peer in favor of the release of no less than two new books by him. The party was enriched with Kenyan music, dance and performances.

Erik wrote a second part of the Safari Sisters (about which a separate review will appear) and he also published this bilingual children's book.

Erik is known for his projects in which he writes a book together with children. In this case, he once again went beyond his own borders by also traveling to another continent. During his visit to the work of Rainbow4Kids in Kenya, he was not only introduced to a form of sponsored education but also to a whole group of children who are together in the sixth grade of the Rainbow4Kids school.

He asked them about their future and their dream. He made these dreams of the future a reality by immortalizing both the children and their wishes in his first bilingual children's book, so that each child plays a separate role in the story.

The Missing Child contains the Dutch story on the left page and the English story on every right page. It improves readability, appears to be almost the same height in both languages and challenges children to read it in English as well. The story is wonderfully exciting and is so lovingly written that it moves.

Erik Persoons has a big heart and opens it up to the whole world. He puts every child in the spotlight and teaches wise life lessons. The book has an ISBN number, but this has no added value. Because the entire proceeds of this book go to Rainbow4Kids, Erik indicates that the book is only available in a few places.

You can purchase the book from: www.ErikPersoons.com or katrien@rainbow4kids.be.

The book is not available in bookstores.

The book costs € 15 and you support the educational project that enables all children in Ukunda to receive a good education through sponsorship. The story in the book is about Hatibu, a boy who hears at school that a child is missing. He investigates himself and soon encounters a number of major dangers. With the help of two mysterious men and all his classmates, he hopes to find the missing child.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Faith, hope and (neighboring) love are themes in this heartwarming and exciting book. To read and to learn from. For children from 9 years. Read this book and support this charity.
